This section
describes about our shipping practices and return & exchange policy. In
order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, we insured all of
our purchase product at no additional cost to our customer.
SHIPPING
At this
moment we ship to US only. If you want to ship to any other country, please
contact us first through sales@kayukayuhome.com.
We will
ship your product on every Monday. Once the product is shipped,
then we will let you know through e-mail. There will be a tracking number issued
from UPS or USPS that allows for easy monitoring of your purchase. You can easily
track your package using a link provided on the email. If you need us to ship
the product sooner, then please let us know by sending us an email: sales@kayukayuhome.com.
We will help you to expedite the shipment process.
We normally
have all the products in stock, in the event that we don't have your product
in stock then we will immediately let you know.
In order
to help prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, we implement the following policy:
1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or Mailbox Suite numbers.
2 .We only ship to the customer authorized on the credit card used to make the
purchase.
RETURN
& EXCHANGE
Once you
received the product, please inspect carefully. If it is already damage, then
you could claim the insurance immediately through the shipping company directly
(UPS/USPS). All of our products are handmade so a product may have a slight
color/shape/texture imperfection. However in the case that you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may ask for a return or exchange and do the following
action:
- Notify us through
e-mail (sales@kayukayuhome.com) or "contact us" link within 2
(two) business day after the date you received the product.
- You have to ship the
product within 7 (business days) after the date you received the product.
Returns
will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your product..
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your return. Please take
note that we will refund only if the item is in the original condition
with all of the original packaging materials. The refund shall be made
in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. We will only refund
the product purchased, not with the shipping. We are not responsible for return
shipping expenses.
