QUESTION:
Do your products water proof?
ANSWER:
No, they are not water proof so we would not recommend you to put water
directly into the vase or to make them exposed with water. If you must put water
inside a vase, then you could do so by putting a container first inside the
vase.
QUESTION:
How do I clean your product?
ANSWER:
In most cases, using a clean soft dry cloth would be enough. However
if your Kayu-kayu item is black color, you could use a damp cloth to clean the
surface (especially if you have an oily surface). Never use any oil, it will
degrade the quality of the item.
QUESTION:
Do your products have color stain or lacquer, or are they the natural
color of the wood?.
ANSWER:
The genuine mango wood color is natural brown. Therefore, the color
is stained and coated with lacquer.
QUESTION:
Why does the mango wood products has a smoky smell, is this normal?
ANSWER:
The smoky smell is normal. The finished products are dried in a woodchip-fired
kilns for 170 - 200 hours in order to make them completely dry. Normally the
smoky and the solvent smell are aired out for 3 - 5 weeks after the drying process
is done.
QUESTION:
What are the benefits to mango wood as opposed to other kinds of wood
such as teak, rosewood, or monkeywood?
ANSWER:
The mango tree is a native fruit tree in the south east asian region.
They are abundant resources in all over the south east asian countries and when
they are no longer bear any fruit, then they are cut down to make room for the
young ones. So, they are ecologicaly friendly.

How many different color or finishing do you have?
ANSWER:
At this moment we have 3 different color or finishing for most design
